Product specification
Model configuration, rated voltage, nominal performance data, dimensions and operating notes.
Quality & validation
Pump quality is more than a final flow reading. It starts with a controlled specification and connects materials, assembly, performance checks and project-level validation.
Quality brief

The relevant control plan depends on the pump family, configuration and customer requirement. These production and test resources support the compact-pump programs we supply.

Defined process points help maintain assembly consistency for the approved pump configuration.

Multi-station equipment supports repeatable checks of the performance characteristics specified for a program.

Corrosion and material evaluations can be matched to relevant components and the intended operating environment.

Thermal testing helps evaluate startup, output and material behavior beyond a single room-temperature data point.
Inspection flow
Before production, the selected model and any project-specific details should be frozen. The agreed requirements then guide inspection and release.
Model, voltage, interfaces, target performance, labeling and project-specific acceptance points are recorded against the order configuration.
Critical purchased parts and application-sensitive materials are reviewed according to the applicable control plan.
Assembly parameters and defined inspection points are monitored during production to reduce variation before final test.
Relevant flow, pressure, vacuum, current, noise or functional characteristics are checked against the agreed specification.
Project validation may include life cycling, temperature exposure, corrosion evaluation or condition-specific tests where required.
Approved configuration, inspection evidence and batch information are retained or supplied according to the project agreement.
Document request
Document availability varies by model, configuration, order stage and confidentiality. Identify required items early so they can be confirmed before the purchase decision.
Model configuration, rated voltage, nominal performance data, dimensions and operating notes.
Available flow-pressure or flow-vacuum information and model-specific test results.
Agreed outgoing-inspection records, sample reports or batch-related documentation.
Available wetted-material declarations or supporting information for compatibility review.
Relevant endurance or environmental test information available for the selected platform.
